Account deletion

You can request deletion of your BeastVault account and the personal data connected to your account by email.

Account deletion is permanent. Once your account has been deleted, we cannot restore your profile, posts, uploads, collection data, comments, settings, or other information that was removed.

Deleting your BeastVault account does not automatically cancel any active BeastVault Pro subscription. If you have an active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel it through your Apple or Google account settings.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contact@beastvault.app from the same email address you used to register your BeastVault account.

You may write a brief message asking us to delete your account. No specific wording is required. Sending the request from your registered email address helps us verify that the request belongs to you.

What happens next

We will review and process eligible deletion requests within seven (7) days of receiving your email.

After deletion is complete, we may send one final confirmation email to the address we processed, confirming that your account and related personal data have been removed from our side.

Permanence

Account deletion is not reversible. Once your data has been deleted, we cannot restore your account or recover the information that was removed.

What we remove

We delete or anonymize personal data tied to your BeastVault account, including your profile information, uploaded content, collection data, app settings, and other account-related data where possible.

Some limited records may need to be kept where required by law or for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, payment or subscription records, dispute handling, or compliance with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions

If you have BeastVault Pro, deleting your BeastVault account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be managed or cancelled through your Apple account. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be managed or cancelled through your Google Play account.

BeastVault cannot directly cancel subscriptions or issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google.
