BeastVault (“we”, “us”) is a mobile app and companion service for collectors. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app and website at beastvault.app.

• Content you post: photos, captions, and activity in the feed, wall, map, or elsewhere in the app.
• Technical data: device type, app version, and diagnostic logs as needed to run and secure the service.

We use your information to provide and improve BeastVault, personalize your experience, show content you choose to share, enforce our rules, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We work with infrastructure providers (for example hosting and authentication) who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention & your choices

We keep data as long as your account is active or as needed for the purposes above. You can request deletion of your account and associated data. See our account deletion page for steps.

Children

BeastVault is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
