Agreement
By using BeastVault (our mobile app, website, and related services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BeastVault is provided for collectors to log finds, share posts, explore the map, and build a personal wall. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the minimum age required in your region to use the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run BeastVault. You represent that you have the rights to what you upload and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others, post unlawful or infringing material, attempt to break security, scrape the service at scale without permission, or misuse the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Third parties & trademarks
BeastVault is independent and not affiliated with Monster Energy Company. Monster Energy® is a trademark of Monster Energy Company. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Energy drinks contain caffeine—enjoy in moderation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss beyond what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if anything). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
