Introduction
BeastVault is a community built around Monster Energy. These guidelines explain how we expect members to treat each other when using the app, joining our official channels, and interacting with others. They complement, but do not replace, our terms of service.
Where this applies
These guidelines apply to the BeastVault app, our official Discord server, and our official social accounts on Instagram and TikTok. Our Discord server also has its own rules in the #rules channel.
Age and audience
BeastVault is not aimed at children. You must meet any minimum age required by our terms and by the app stores. Follow local laws on energy drinks, purchase age limits, and caffeine consumption where you live.
Fan-made, not official
BeastVault is a fan-made project. We are not affiliated with Monster Energy Company. Do not claim official status, speak for the brand, or suggest that Monster endorses the app or community. Monster Energy® is a trademark of Monster Energy Company.
Be respectful
Debate flavors, rankings, and finds freely. Disagreement about a can is part of the hobby. Personal attacks, harassment, threats, and dogpiling are not. Going after the person instead of the opinion crosses the line.
Hate and discrimination
BeastVault is not aimed at children. Casual adult language may appear in context, but that is not a free pass. Targeted hate, racism, slurs aimed at a person or group, and sustained harassment are not OK. When something crosses the line, we may delete the message.
Do not look for workarounds. Coded language, reposting, edging up to the limit, or other attempts to get around this rule still count. Violations can lead to a ban from BeastVault and possibly our other platforms.
Impersonation
Do not impersonate other users, BeastVault staff, or Monster Energy. Do not use deceptive names, bios, or profile photos to mislead people.
Photos and credit
Only post photos you took yourself or have permission to share. Do not repost someone else's find or haul as your own without credit. Give others the recognition they deserve.
AI-generated images
Do not post AI-generated photos and present them as real finds, hauls, or sightings. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is AI-generated, based on our own review.
Personal information
Do not share someone else's private information without their consent. That includes phone numbers, home addresses, and other personal details, including in posts, comments, or sightings used to target someone.
Blocking
You can block any user in the app. Blocks are silent: the other person is not notified, and they cannot see or interact with your content. Blocking someone does not give you permission to break these guidelines elsewhere.
Cross-platform harassment
If you block someone or have a dispute in the app, do not continue harassment on Discord, social media, or anywhere else. These guidelines apply across all BeastVault channels. Moving the same behavior to another platform does not make it OK.
Keep it about Monster
Posts, comments, and shared content should focus on Monster Energy: finds, sightings, reviews, walls, and the catalog. Off-topic spam dilutes the feed and makes it harder for people to find what they came for.
Be honest
Post accurate sightings and reviews. Do not deliberately mislead the map, flood duplicate pins, abuse “no longer there” votes, or manipulate ratings. Honest mistakes are fine; intentional abuse is not.
Catalog and barcode scans
When you scan a barcode that is not yet in the catalog, submit accurate information. Do not send fake, misleading, or duplicate scans to pollute the catalog or slow down review.
Fair rankings and engagement
Community rankings, Top Flavors, and likes should reflect real activity. Do not use bots, alternate accounts, or coordinated schemes to inflate likes, follows, or leaderboard positions.
No spam or noise
No repetitive posts, follow-begging, or unrelated promotion. Your own social links in your profile or occasional self-references are fine.
Buying, selling, and trading
People may discuss trades or sales with each other, but BeastVault is not a marketplace. We do not facilitate transactions, moderate deals, or take responsibility for anything that happens between members on or off the platform. Use your own judgment, follow local laws, and take sensible safety precautions when dealing with other people.
Watch out for scams. We do not verify buyers, sellers, or trades. Be cautious with payment methods, shipping, and deals that sound too good to be true. If you lose money or goods in a trade, we cannot recover them for you.
Keep content appropriate
This is an energy-drink app. Keep content suitable for a general audience, with no sexually explicit material or content that targets minors. Our terms of service describe how we enforce objectionable content.
Energy drink responsibility
Monster Energy contains caffeine. Drink responsibly. Do not glorify dangerous consumption, chugging challenges, or excessive intake. Follow local laws on energy drinks, age limits, and caffeine where you live.
Protecting the service
Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-collect data from the app or website. Do not probe, overload, or interfere with our servers or infrastructure. We monitor for abuse and may restrict access, terminate accounts, or take legal action where appropriate. Our terms of service cover technical misuse in full.
Staff and moderation
The BeastVault team and community moderators are here to keep things running. Treat them with respect. Do not harass staff, moderators, or volunteers on or off the platform.
When we take action
We respond based on severity. Minor issues may result in a warning or content removal. Serious or repeated violations can mean feature restrictions or a ban. We may act with or without prior notice where we reasonably consider that necessary to protect the community and the service.
If you believe we banned your account by mistake, email contact@beastvault.app. That is the only appeal route. Include your username and a short explanation of why you think the ban was wrong.

In the app, use Report on posts or profiles. For Discord or social concerns, email contact@beastvault.app.
Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of BeastVault and our official channels after changes take effect means you accept the current guidelines.
